How the electronic download works
After completing an order we will email your licence key(s) to you with details on how to activate them. Please note that these can only be sent to you during the working day (9 - 6, Monday to Friday).
The end-user will need to sign into or create their Microsoft account to begin installing Office and accessing their new services. When installing the licence key onto a device please ensure you register it with the end users email address.
If you are placing an order for electronic licences only please select 'Collection' in the shipping options section when processing the order.
